AWRA Invest
A luxury property brokerage with a logo, a video and their copy — but no design. I designed the site in HTML, got it approved, then built it in WordPress and Elementor.

AWRA Invest is an international luxury property brokerage, dealing in branded developments, waterfront villas and private estates across Dubai, Europe and West Africa.
They came with a brand new project and three things: a logo, a video, and the copy they wanted on the page. What they did not have was a design — no layout, no reference site, nothing to build from.
So the design was the job, not just the build.
How it ran
I designed the site in plain HTML and CSS first and sent it as a live link they could click through on their own devices. Once they approved what they saw, I rebuilt it in WordPress with Elementor so their team could edit it without me.
Approving a real page in a real browser removes the usual gap between a flat mockup and the finished site. What they signed off on is what went live.
What it needed to do
For a brokerage selling to private buyers, the site is a credibility document more than a catalogue. The work went into restraint — generous space, an editorial serif, a muted palette, and the client’s video running full-bleed behind the opening statement rather than boxed into a corner.
Markets are split across the Middle East, West Africa and Europe, with the enquiry route kept short from every page.
Two weeks from start to launch.
