This licence applies to software bought directly on amiriqbalmcs.com (checkout by Paddle). Software bought on CodeCanyon is covered byEnvato's licence instead.
In short
- One licence = one installation (one website or one organisation's server).
- You get the full, unencrypted source code and may change it for your own use.
- You may install it for a client; that installation uses the licence, so buy one per client.
- You may not resell, share or redistribute the code, alone or as part of another product.
- You may not offer it as a hosted service to multiple customers (SaaS) without written permission.
What you may do
Install and use the software on one production installation, plus any number of private test or staging copies of that same installation. Modify the code, add features and change the design for that installation. Use it for commercial purposes, for example to run your own business or a client's.
What you may not do
Sell, give away, publish or otherwise make the source code available to others, including in public code repositories. Use it to build a competing product for sale. Remove copyright notices from the code.
Updates
Updates for the same major version (for example 1.x) are free. You will find them through the download link in your purchase email. A new major version may be offered separately.
Support
Help with installation and with bugs in the software is included for six months from purchase, by email via the contact page. Custom changes and new features are not included, but can be quoted separately.
Warranty
The software is provided as is. I test every release carefully, but I cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or suit every purpose, and I am not liable for indirect losses from its use. Keep backups of your data.
